Main units must be paired before being used for the first time to remember the link the correct channels to the device.

What is Intercall redial?
Once you have paired two devices to remember the channel, you only have to TURN ON the device, and PRESS button 1 to redial intercall others units.
If you want to stop talking, press the intercall buttom once.
How to pair with another device if my device has been paired before?
Follow step 1 and 2.(Device will erase last memory.)
Why is there noise during the conversation or when why is the connection distance so short?
1.The air environment nearby may has 2.4Ghz frequency such as Cell phone wifi, Bluetooth, Wifi Router, Cordless Phone, RC toy etc., this will reduce RF energy.
2. The physical environment: Obstacle like Walls, Trees, Waves, houses etc. will reduce RF energy.
Why can't I turn on the main unit
There may be many reasons for this, please contact us to check this.
1. It may have water damage or result from other user errors. Without the waterproof case for protection, water or moisture may will come into main unit causing problems.
2. Try to change Charging USB Cable or Charging Adaptor.
Why is my BBT main unit always in Low Battery status?
Normally, LED is Red light while charging; Blue light when full charge.
If your light is Blue, but battery still in Low status, please try to change your Charging USB Cable or Charging Adaptor. (Must above DC 5V/ 0.5A)
